This is for people to tackle real work challenges through peer coaching, reflection and action. In small, diverse groups of 6-8 people, participants support one another, building practical solutions while developing essential coaching and leadership skills.
Guided by a facilitator either in-person or online, Action Learning strengthens team collaboration, deepens insight and creates a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and meaningful change.
