A powerful introduction to Catalista’s approach to transformational leadership in service of a thriving world. Through this fast-paced day, participants explore foundational concepts including emotional intelligence, values-led action and trust-based teamwork.

Grow is our two-day condensed programme.
An immersive experience that builds on the foundations of day one, allowing space for meaningful insight, practice and connection. Participants engage in experiential activities and coaching circles that explore communication, group dynamics, decision-making, and wellbeing.
Tools and insights from compassionate leadership practices such as nonviolent communication and values mapping are woven in. Participants leave with greater clarity, confidence, purpose and real-world tools to lead with integrity and authenticity.

Canopy is our three-day flagship programme.
Our most transformative and holistic offering. Over three days, participants journey through a layered exploration of self, others and systems. They engage with themes such as purpose, identity, collective action and systemic change -drawing on embodied practice, peer coaching, team challenges, and nature-based reflection.
This programme creates the deepest conditions for trust, learning and impact. Participants leave with a renewed sense of agency and a tangible vision for leadership in their lives and communities.
