  • Build resilience & attend to well-being
  • Immerse in nature

These two days have been life changing. The programme is built in such a way that everyone has something to pick up that could transform you, not just as a leader but as an individual, and affect both you and your community around you. I'd recommend this programme to any person alive!

Virinchi, University of Greenwich

We believe, that in these unprecedented times of crisis and opportunity, leadership needs to be grounded in justice and interdependence. It’s about leading with purpose, empathy and integrity, in relationship with people and planet.

We exist to offer spaces to explore and up-skill in these ways of being:  Leadership for a thriving world.

We are therefore delighted to be making available our highly subsidised summer residential, an experiential land-based camp rich in theory, coaching, collaborative challenges, reflective practice, nature connection and play.

Who are Catalista?

We are a collective of enlivened facilitators and experienced leaders in our respective fields who are deeply mindful of the global and local challenges of social and environmental justice we face. As Catalista we draw together our breadth of experience from youth work, transition economics, climate justice, coaching, well-being, nature connection and education, specialising in awareness-based leadership in-service of a thriving world. You can find out more about us here.

Who is this residential for?

If you're aged 18-30 and an emergent or experienced leader with an interest in driving social change, community organising, activism, ethical economics or business; or you want to experience what we offer with a view to bringing us in to work with your client/student/peer group - join us for these 3 days of high quality embodied learning.

How is this funded?

We reinvest any surplus funds from our corporate work back into subsidising the core of our purpose, transformative leadership programmes for young adults.

We will therefore be covering all costs involved in the planning, resourcing, facilitation and administration of the residential.

Your financial contribution gives value to the offering and covers the operation costs, fully catered local, organic, vegetarian meals, drinks, firewood, sauna and other necessary materials to host the event.

£166 early bird non-earners

£199 early bird individual

£349 early bird company

We wish to make this residential financially accessible, so have a few bursary places available. Please get in touch if a bursary place would be enabling.

What's involved?

You'll be camping as part of this pop-up land-based community in a beautiful wild flower meadow beside a stream with woodland and waterfall alongside. The site has a sauna by a plunge pool in the stream and a compost toilet with a beautiful view.

This three night residential, based on our full Thrive programme, offers the chance to develop understanding, awareness and insight around your capacity as a leader in these turbulent times.
