We believe, that in these unprecedented times of crisis and opportunity, leadership needs to be grounded in justice and interdependence. It’s about leading with purpose, empathy and integrity, in relationship with people and planet.
We exist to offer spaces to explore and up-skill in these ways of being: Leadership for a thriving world.
We are therefore delighted to be making available our highly subsidised summer residential, an experiential land-based camp rich in theory, coaching, collaborative challenges, reflective practice, nature connection and play.
Who are Catalista?
We are a collective of enlivened facilitators and experienced leaders in our respective fields who are deeply mindful of the global and local challenges of social and environmental justice we face. As Catalista we draw together our breadth of experience from youth work, transition economics, climate justice, coaching, well-being, nature connection and education, specialising in awareness-based leadership in-service of a thriving world. You can find out more about us here.
Who is this residential for?

How is this funded?
We reinvest any surplus funds from our corporate work back into subsidising the core of our purpose, transformative leadership programmes for young adults.
